Disorient camp at Burning Man 2025
Lead by the D25 Camp Cell

In 2025 our camp was located at Esplanade & 2:45. Land dimensions were 200 ft. wide by 400 ft. deep.
We were 223 campers. Camp planning discussion took place on Disorient Discord.

Building on the success of D24's 'Spinal Tarp', D25's Urban Plan retained the central spinal element, made of four pairs of containers.

For D25, efficiency improvements were realized by rotating containers 90 degrees, allowing easier access during alpha, burn week, and disengage.

This new arrangement also enabled more efficient use of our lot, allowing the inclusion of the Phoenix Sauna, Fire Art installation, increased shade coverage for camper's quarters, and an enclosed space for Duke's.

D25's new addition of the Bedouin Tent was positioned directly behind Club House, filled with cushions and dining tables. This new space became a central gathering point for campers to commune, rest and dance. It was also used to host our Disorient Talks throughout the week.

Directly adjacent to the Bedouin Tent was our new 20'x20' Kitchen Tentology and our Trash Fence Palace, which hosted the Tea House.

To accommodate the new CoSign configuration, Club House was rotated 36 degrees, and thickness of the two adjoining CoSign-supporting walls reduced. Continuing with evolution, D25's CoSign, facing Esplanade, expanded to spell DiS.

The DJ booth was also repositioned to face camp, inviting campers to gather in the Bedouin Tent and Club House.
