The term patina usually qualifies bronze pieces, wooden furniture, oil paintings, etc. but time does not only alter copper and oil paint, it leaves its trace on and alters electronics and LEDs too. To some those alterations may look like mistakes or proofs of broken systems but at Disorient, we call that "LED patina (TM-jk)." The term patina usually qualifies bronze pieces, wooden furniture, oil paintings, etc. but time does not only alter copper and oil paint, it leaves its trace on and alters electronics and LEDs too.
