Starting at D22, the Camp Cell replaces Camp Lead of years past. This means that we're distributing Camp Lead responsibilities to the 15 active Disorient members in the Camp Cell. Members of the Camp Cell are allocated Disorient tokens for each year of service.

Epic: Wrangler, responsibilities include: 1. maintain a weekly Camp Cell call and the agenda for that call; 2. identify issues like a lack of a Cell Lead and pokes at the Camp Cell for resolution; 3. nudge individual Cell Leads when necessary; 4. help Cell Leads if they ask and he's able to do so; 5. move a Lead-less Cell forward when Camp Cell asks for help
