WEEKEND-ARRIVAL
People who absolutely need to arrive over the weekend, (Saturday and Sunday, August 25th and 26th) to work on their camp set-ups.

Here's some information concerning WEEKEND-ARRIVAL, so you can plan accordingly:

- Your camp will be given passes for a certain number of people.
- Your camp will be 100% responsible for distributing those passes to the proper people.
- Once that number is reached, no other people from your camp will be allowed entry until Monday, August 27th, at 12:01AM, when the gate officially opens.
- The responsibility will be on the theme-camps and villages to make sure that the proper people receive their passes and show up at the gate with the passes in hand.
- The number of people will be much more limited than in past years.

We will soon announce the time-frame for dealing with WEEKEND ARRIVALS -- along with the deadline -- when we get a little closer to finishing our mapping.

But it'll be soon! So now's a good time to start planning on how many of your key-people will be needed for this set-up weekend.
