Balloons operation requires a 40 ft. x 50 ft. footprint. A U-shape of RVs or containers could provide some wind protection for the balloons
Hours of operation: 8 PM to 4 AM.
Balloons will not all be inflated at once. During the day they will provide shade and will be connected to an 8 ft. tether fixed to an earth anchor.
