WEEKEND-ARRIVAL
People who absolutely need to arrive over the weekend, (Saturday and Sunday, August 25th and 26th) to work on their camp set-ups.

Here's some information concerning WEEKEND-ARRIVAL, so you can plan accordingly:

..... Your camp will be given passes for a certain number of

      people.

..... Your camp will be 100% responsible for distributing

      those passes to the proper people.

..... Once that number is reached, no other people from your

      camp will be allowed entry until Monday, August 27th,
      at 12:01AM, when the gate officially opens.

..... The responsibility will be on the theme-camps and villages

      to make sure that the proper people receive their passes
      and show up at the gate with the passes in hand.

..... The number of people will be much more limited than in

      past years.

We will soon announce the time-frame for dealing with WEEKEND ARRIVALS -- along with the deadline -- when we get a little closer to finishing our mapping.

But it'll be soon! So now's a good time to start planning on how many of your key-people will be needed for this set-up weekend.
