1. Role and responsibilities

1.1. Discuss Disorient Country Club issues and make decisions as needed.
1.2. Produce Disorient Country Club upstate New York. The DCCC is production-oriented.
1.3. Stewardship of the Country Club Container (AKA the Moving Dock) and the land that it rests on.
1.4. Generate an annual report and present it to the Disorient Council to get chartered for the following year.
1.5. DCCC members use the majority rule to make decisions unless specified differently internally.

Distinguished Members have no duties attached

Active Members

2.1. Number of members - There is a total of eight active members.
2.2. Term - members remain on the Committee as long as they participate actively in the production of Disorient Country Club. Members must cede their place to more involved participants as soon as they stop being active producers. In case of resignation, DCCC can follow section 2.3 before the month of December.
2.3. Nomination of a new member – When necessary, during the month of December, each Committee member can nominate a Disorienter involved in Country Club production.
2.4. Election of a new member – During the month of January, members of the current Committee vote internally to fill open spots from list of nominees. If elected by majority, each nominee is invited to become a member.
2.5. Members’ responsibilities - Committee members are required to participate to the Committee discussions, meetings (usually internet calls) and votes.
2.6. A Secretary and a Secretary Adjunct are appointed from the list of active members. They are responsible for administrative tasks including organizing meetings, organizing and keeping track of votes, sending invitations to new members, updating the DCCC page on the Disorient wiki, redacting (helped by all Committee members) and sending the annual report to the Disorient Council. The Secretary Adjunct can be selected outside the Committee, s/he does not need to be a Committee member.
2.7. A Dock Master/Mistress and a Deputy Dock Master/Mistress are appointed from the list of active members. They are responsible for the Country Club Container and the land it rests on. The Deputy Dock Master/Mistress can be selected outside the Committee, s/he does not need to be a Committee member.
