How does it work?

Use Mixcloud to listen to the DJ playing a live stream.
Use Zoom to video-call with other participants.
You need to do those two things at the same time to get the full experience.

If after a minute or two you still don't seem to be getting the full experience try restarting Mixcloud and/or Zoom.

If you have 2 machines (computer and/or tablet) have Zoom on one and Mixcloud on the other so you can enjoy the Zoom call, the music and the visuals all at once.

If you have one machine and using regular headphones connected to your built-in output (with or without microphone), in Zoom sound pref/input/built-in microphone -//- output/built-in output.

If you are using wireless or USB connected headphones with an integrated microphone choose those as input/output in the Zoom sound prefs (lower left next to the microphone) symbol, the little upward arrow - on you computer sound prefs panel, make sure the output is set as the same as your Zoom sound prefs.

If you have 2 machines, have the Zoom dedicated one set up the same way as prior and the other one with the browser open to https://www.mixcloud.com/live/gclave1 connected to your HIFI system - BUT you will need to use a microphone integrated headphones and be conscious of the level of your microphone sound input to communicate on Zoom.

If you feel like dancing, drop the headphones, mute the mic and turn the sound up on your sound system. Make sure we can see you dance ;)
